They have charged $900 from us last Nov. and have not responded even once.Now the phonenumbers listed on their websites also do not work.I am not sure how to file a suit against them. can someone help?

Often times an owner from Hawaii will not exchange for your week in Arizona but if you pay his maintenance fee ( $250 or $300) he will give it right away. Wouldn't you?
