Worldmark by Wyndham - Royal Holiday Vacations Wyndam Hotels - TOTALLY DISSATISFIED OWNER!

They keep asking for higher and higher fees. Now they're daring to add on 'Special Assessment' fees. I don't intend to pay any more money. Every time I tried to book a vacation, I was told that the week "wasn't available". Now, my funds are no longer available to them. My investment is FOR SALE!

My latest attempt to book a vacation was constantly met with 'this resort is not available at the time you want to go'. After a while, I gave up.

I'm also fed up with the 'mandatory' meal plans that you are forced to agree with before you can book.

I would never recommend Royal Holiday Vacations to anyone -- EVER!!

Hi,
I have had my time share for just over a year. I only used it once and that experience was a complete nightmare. From trying to book the trip right down to nasty motel they booked for me, they to pass of as 5 star hotel. I NEED TO GET OUT OF MY CONTRACT NOW. Last year I was walking in Vegas and saw the jockey club sign (which is the place they would book for you ). Walked In to check it out this place is run down and nasty. Thank god they never have avalibility for anywhere I wanted to go except that once. Please email anything that would help me thanks

I just bought it by mistake and they told me that I can cancel it in 10 days but later on the phone they said 7 days. When I called them it was around 9 days.

I attempted to cancel it due to their fraudulent practices and was able to cancel it after 6 months via around a dozen of lettering.

I later got all money back.

Do you still need it to cancel?

Quoting Patty:
Please let me know the company name to get a hold of to get out this contract. We have got to use this on a couple of vacations but are layed off now and have no money for vacations in the near future.

Hey Tony-
Could you please email me more information on how you got out of your contract? We tried to get out of our contract within 30 days of signing and Wyndahm said that we only had 10 days to Opt out. Our Wyndam Timeshare is a HUGE dissapointment! To echo what someone else said, there are never places available when I want them and All Inclusive Resorts charge you the same as setting up a stay through the actual resort. You can see this by just clicking on the resorts website.
I bought my timeshare in the Northern VA area and the sales representatives were terrible after we bought it. They(Ryan Morley) promised all these extras that we never received. When we called and complained they promised they would find us a place for the holidays. Only to never hear back, in fact they say our sales representative(George Rathmore) quit. Hopefully, he saw how shady it was. Seriously the biggest scam ever!!

If you were the victim of misrepresentati on when buying your timeshare, you can force the resort to let you out and refund your money. Visit my site at www.timesharetricks.blogspot.com and email me at
