Playa Grande Solmar - Deposit Scam

Every year once we have consistently paid our fees and requested deposit to RCI and Solmar has either overlooked or refused our requests.

RCI has been nothing but helpful; however, has indicated only Playa Grande / Solmar can deposit weeks to RCI for this resort.

I have either called, emailed This email address is being protected from spambots. When taking a vacation, timeshare owners want the newest and most luxurious accommodation that they can afford with their hard-earned money. The timeshare scam salespeople are aware of this fact and use it to their advantage in order to increase their sales. This is good information:

That really sucks. Luckily we've never banked so I've not been in that situation. I am at the resort now. We received a letter from Hector under our door and met with him and his supervisor Nieto who are really just time share salesmen. I liked Hector, who was brought up in the states and has come back to Mexico to work...anyways. ..maybe he can help direct you ? He's a rookie but he has a supervisor. ...and they have a supervisor..... ..Cell phone. 0115216243553246

Good luck. Hope that helps.

The same thing happened to me.
I was not able to deposit my week. RCI says they can not deposit Playa Grande 's week.
What should I do?
