Subject: Mar3 2009 Company stole my money and will not return it to me.

On Jan 22 2009 , I talked to Mattew Hebb, salesperson license # TP4994 at Executive TimeshareMarketing Inc.,3860 W. Commercial Blvd., Fort Lauderdale Florida 33309, phone (877) 656-3569, Fax (954) 676-5340, company ID: 92012085. Florida state Commercial State License # TC 3230

In our discussions he said he would guarantee to sell my two timeshares for the prices mentioned within one year, or my money would be totally refunded.

He said he would send me a contract ,and I asked would this guarantee be in writing? He said yes. The contracts arrived that night without this guarantee.

I phoned them that same day and they said they would not put this guarantee in the contract. I told them that I would not sign this contract and wanted to cancel my verbal agreement because they are not putting in the contract the guarantee that Mattew Hebb said he would.

Mattew Hebb also quoted to me , a condition written in the contract " I also understand that, according to Florida State Statute 501.615. I may, within three (3) business days of receipt of the contract or Credit Card authorization to cancel this agreement by giving notice in writing, postmarked within the time stated above and received by Executive Timeshare Marketing Inc."

In addition to the verbal cancellation, the next morning Jan 23 2009 I sent an E-mail to them saying that I do not accept this contract.and will not sign it.

I have sent numerous e-mails and phoned many times,they still have not returned my $ 1323 US to my credit card.

Please advise what my next steps can be. I would like to get some legal aide to help me.

PS, I thought something was funny when Mattew Hebb kept trying to me how reputable and honest they were by quoting the Better Business Bureau reports and the Florida State Statute 501.615
